Softy

A moody, hideaway-style authentic bar tucked on the 2nd floor of the Chigusa Building near Kinshicho Station, marked outside by a white-horse statue. The owner trained at a bar in Numazu, Shizuoka before opening Softy in November 2008, and the low-lit counter draws a loyal crowd of regulars for quiet, unhurried drinking. The drink list centers on cocktails, including seasonal fresh-fruit cocktails made with fruit sourced from Tsukiji and a Sumida-limited Tokyo Skytree cocktail, alongside a curated wine and whisky selection. Simple bar bites such as smoked cheese and house-smoked bacon round out the food menu.
