RED TUG is a British/Irish-style pub bar on the 4th floor of a building right outside Kita-Asaka Station, open since June 2009. The interior has a stylish yet relaxed feel with counter seating and large screens that regularly show live sports. It runs on a pay-as-you-go, cash-on-order system with no table charge, so solo drinkers are welcome to stop by for a single pint. The drink program centers on rotating craft beer, an extensive single malt and world whisky list, and a full cocktail menu, paired with pub food like fish and chips, oysters, and pizza.
