A bright, casual teishoku diner right by Kita-Asaka Station's west exit, where rice takes center stage. The signature touch is freshly milled Uonuma Koshihikari rice from Tokamachi, rinsed with Uonuma water and cooked to order in a traditional kamado pot, with up to two free refills. The fish-forward menu is built around the popular toro-saba (fatty mackerel) set, alongside grilled hokke, miso-simmered mackerel, and Saikyo-miso black cod, plus pork and chicken teishoku options for those who prefer meat. It opened in September 2025 as the second location of the Asaka-based "Gohan to." chain.
