A bright second-floor izakaya decked out in lettuce motifs — leafy wall art, sofa-backed tables and a small counter for solo diners. Opened in July 2022 as Japan's first izakaya built around lettuce, it brings in seasonal varieties from growers across the country and serves each one the way it tastes best that season. The kitchen turns them into shabu-shabu with domestic Sangen pork, pork-wrapped lettuce rolls, lettuce shumai, homemade lettuce kimchi and lettuce namero, with lettuce-tinted sours on the drinks list.
