CLUTCH is a small American-style burger shop near Akebonobashi Station, decorated with basketball and NBA memorabilia, vintage American lamp shades, and Dr Pepper and Burger King ephemera reflecting the Lakers-fan owner's twin passions. The name comes from the basketball term "clutch," and the logo depicts a ball going through the hoop. The chef trained at Ebisu's Burger Mania and helped launch the second Kuramae location of McLean - OLD BURGER STAND - before opening here in April 2025. Patties are 100% domestic beef blended from multiple cuts, prepared fresh daily. Signature dishes include the Avocado Cheese Burger and the peanut-butter P-MAC, named after basketball player Tracy McGrady.
