A stylish wine bistro on the 5th floor of the Shin-Marunouchi Building, with large windows overlooking the Tokyo Station and Marunouchi skyline. Seating spans 16 table seats, 16 counter seats and one private room, moving from a bright daytime bistro/café through to a lively evening wine bar. It is run by Eric Trochon, holder of France's Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F.) title, whose kitchen reinterprets classic and current Parisian bistro dishes with an "Eric" twist — from pâté de campagne and duck carpaccio to bavette steak and karasumi spaghetti. Around ten wines are always available by the glass, meant to be paired course by course with the food. Suits solo diners at the counter, couples at a table, or private gatherings in the semi-private room; weekday set lunch is walk-in only, while evening courses require advance reservation.
