Ramen Hamaya
A modern eight-seat ramen counter set on a quiet block in Nihonbashi-Kodenmachō, two minutes from Kodenmacho Station's exit 4. Designed as a stylish single-line counter facing the open kitchen, the small space has the focused, attentive atmosphere of a serious modern ramen-ya, with free Wi-Fi and a clean, contemporary feel. Originally opened in Roppongi in 2023, the shop relocated here and continues to serve a careful, refined ramen built on a clear chicken or seafood broth, finished with hand-cut noodles and seasonal toppings. Lunch and dinner shifts both serve the full menu; cash-only.
