HINOWA BASE
A small, intimate Japanese wine bar set on the upper floors of the BONUS BLD building, blending a 2F stand-up counter with a 3F seated shop space and a quietly cosmopolitan, neighborhood feel. Opened in November 2022, HINOWA BASE was conceived as a select shop and tasting bar where guests can experience "Japan" through carefully chosen domestic wines and seasonal small plates. The list focuses on Japanese (Nihon-wine) producers from across the country, paired with simple bites that highlight Japanese ingredients. It draws a mix of after-work locals and curious wine enthusiasts looking to discover lesser-known Japanese wineries in a relaxed setting.
