Fujikishoten Shibuya is an izakaya on the second floor just off Center-gai, run by an owner who grew up in a sake shop family and personally curates around 60 kinds of sake sourced from all 47 Japanese prefectures. The stylish, sofa-lined space has a relaxed, upbeat energy suited to both casual drinks and larger group parties. The seafood-driven menu centers on charcoal-style yakitori, a signature five-piece sashimi "treasure box," hand-rolled sushi made with shiso-and-sesame rice, and bonito-dashi oden. It belongs to a small izakaya group with sister locations in Shinjuku and Ikebukuro.
