SEIRYUKI is a neon-lit "neo Korean izakaya" tucked above street level right in front of Shibuya PARCO, mixing a modern K-bar look with semi-private booths for groups. It opened in October 2021 and built its name on all-you-can-eat tak-kanmari, a whole chicken simmered in a collagen-rich broth, alongside thick-cut samgyeopsal, dak-kalguksu noodle soup and spicy jjukkumi (baby octopus). As of mid-2026 the Shibuya location is temporarily closed and relocating due to aging facilities in the building; the operator has not yet announced a reopening date, and reservations/bookings are currently paused.
