The ground-floor space on Center Street has a sleek, modern counter feel with an open kitchen where you watch your patty — coarsely hand-ground Japanese black beef, never frozen — get smashed onto a hot iron plate to order. Burgers run from the double cheese to bacon-egg, avocado, and the Shibuya-exclusive Donut Burger: a honey-glazed doughnut bun paired with wagyu, cheese, bacon, and runny egg. All prices start around ¥2,000 and include a choice of sides.
