A not-conveyor-belt sushi izakaya that opened in February 2025 near Kinshicho Station, launched by restaurant group INGS (also behind ramen chain Hayashida, izakaya CONA, and Shumai no Joe) in a business tie-up with Osaka's popular sushi stand "Stand Fuji". The relaxed, casual space mixes solo-friendly counter seating with 2-4 person tables, suited to quick after-work drinks or group parties, with whole-venue rental available. Sushi starts at just 165 yen a piece, spanning bluefin tuna, horse mackerel and salmon up to splurge-worthy thick-cut abalone and fresh sea urchin, alongside tempura, simmered fish and fluffy dashi tamagoyaki.
