TEDDY BROWN
Opened in April 2025, TEDDY BROWN is a sleek Hiroo burger bar with a minimalist interior of marble-top tables, wooden counter stools, globe wall sconces, and a fully open kitchen. The focus is squarely on Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black) beef: patties are ground fresh in-house every morning and cooked to order. A tightly curated lineup spans signature burgers, sandwiches, and sides, with homemade sauces and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Cashless only, walk-in only, 19 seats — go early or expect a queue.
