A tonkatsu specialty restaurant by Kiwa Corporation, opened July 2024 in the Ida Building in Nihonbashi Bakurocho. The signature dish is a dramatic bone-in pork loin cutlet, alongside thick-cut and tenderloin variations using premium Hayashi SPF pork from Chiba. Unusually for the genre, Fujiki also serves a full breakfast menu from 9:30 on weekdays, making it a true all-day neighborhood diner.
