A Kyushu-style gastropub in the basement of Hayashi Building, one minute from Bakurocho Station. The menu revolves around award-winning Hakata-style motsunabe in five broth varieties, crispy grilled Hakata chicken skin skewers, and horse sashimi flown direct from Kumamoto. Iron-pan gyoza and mentaiko dishes round out a deeply regional lineup. Curtained noren-style rooms seat up to 30 guests.
