Perched on the 14th floor of the Mitsui Garden Hotel Roppongi Premier, BALCON TOKYO was designed by GLAMOROUS's Yasumichi Morita as a museum-like space — dramatic art installations, warm low lighting, and a sweeping open balcony terrace roughly 50 metres above the city. The menu spans all-day dining from breakfast through late-night bar snacks: signature Black Wagyu grilled mains, truffle fries, housemade pastas, and a Sunset Plan pairing champagne with tapas. A 10% dinner service charge applies, and the sommelier-staffed floor draws a well-dressed hotel and nightlife crowd.
