A neighbourhood Edomae sushi-ya in Roppongi that has been serving counter and tatami guests since 2011. Fish arrives daily from Hokkaido, Aomori, and Kagoshima, and the shari is shaped from Uonuma Koshihikari rice — the same premium variety used by celebrated high-end sushiya. The intimate 47-seat space (15-seat cypress counter, two tables, and a 24-mat tatami room) keeps the focus squarely on quality, with a happy hour from 17:30–20:00 making it an approachable entry point for omakase-style dining without the usual formality.
