Set on the Garden Terrace 3F with views over Tokyo Midtown's tree-lined courtyard, the dining room is anchored by long counters where every seat faces a hot teppan, creating a quietly theatrical atmosphere where each course is grilled directly in front of the guest. The kitchen specialises in teppanyaki steak built around Imahan's signature Kuroge wagyu — female-line beef aged roughly twenty days — complemented by Toyosu seafood such as abalone and live spiny lobster odoriyaki, seasonal direct-shipped vegetables, and the house hamaguri clam soup finished tableside. Established 1963 inside the original Ningyocho Imahan flagship, taking its name from the former Kisentei rokyoku theatre that once stood on the site.
