A bright, clean okonomiyaki shop that opened in 2025 on Shintenchi's main strip, opposite the Don Quijote crossing. The room is built around a single L-shaped iron-griddle counter with twelve seats and a lone owner-chef working the entire surface, so guests sit, watch and eat directly off the teppan. Compared with the city's smoky veterans, the interior is unusually modern: white and navy walls, pale wood floor and ceiling. The okonomiyaki itself leans precise — Isono Seimen ramen noodles, generous fish powder, neatly built circular forms, finished with Otafuku sauce, garlic powder and aonori.
