Named for the Fumoto Akadori — a prized heritage chicken breed from Mitsuse village in Saga Prefecture — this charcoal-grill izakaya in the Kishimoto Building basement delivers rare farm-to-table cuts to the heart of Marunouchi. Birds are processed in Saga the day before delivery, giving liver and heart skewers a richness and freshness almost impossible to find elsewhere. The signature "Takkuri Nabe," a whole-chicken hot pot generously topped with Saga vegetables, is the standout communal dish. Sake, salt, miso, soy sauce, and yuzu pepper are all Saga-sourced, making the experience an end-to-end showcase of the prefecture.
