Opened in October 2023 on the renovated site of the long-closed Chaya Tagami tea house, with a small interior counter and an open-air terrace looking out over the Kanto plain. A La Marzocco machine pulls Sunshine State Espresso beans, paired with house-made rice-flour waffles — a modern hiker's pit stop in an otherwise traditional summit lineup of mountain teahouses.
