Long-running mountain teahouse at Miyukigahara, the saddle between Mt. Tsukuba's two peaks at 800m. One of the four tea-shops lined up beside the cable car summit station, with a small interior dining room of thirty seats where hikers warm up after the climb. The kitchen leans into Mt. Tsukuba specialties — most famously Tsukuba Udon with local Akane chicken tsukune and "black vegetable" root veg — alongside donburi, soba, oden, and a generous winter rotation of motsu stew and amazake.
