Mennosuke (元祖岐阜ラーメン めんのすけ) is the original Tokyo outpost of Gifu-style ramen, a lighter, chicken-and-soy-based style less common in the capital. Set in a compact 1F counter-only space, the atmosphere is casual and fast-paced. The soup is clear and gently flavored with a homely quality, paired with bouncy medium-flat noodles. Beyond ramen, the kitchen also turns out excellent fried rice and gyoza. The owner actively posts updates on Instagram and responds personally to guest reviews.
