Authentic Sichuan and Chinese restaurant founded in 1995, relocated in March 2025 from its longtime Yurakucho home to the Kajibashi underpass in Marunouchi. The airy, architect-designed space features an open kitchen and a garden terrace, blending urban energy with a calm, biophilic atmosphere. Chef Chen Ban Yu — credited as the pioneer who brought hand-cut knife noodles (刀削麺) to Japan — is also celebrated for the trademarked stone-grilled mapo tofu, the only restaurant outside China to receive the "Delicious Sichuan Cuisine Award." Spice level can be adjusted for all dishes.
