A stylish yakiniku restaurant on the 6th floor of the landmark Marunouchi Building, just steps from Tokyo Station. The interior was conceived by world-renowned designer Yukio Hashimoto and blends natural materials with traditional Japanese plastering techniques, creating a chic, modern space with private and semi-private rooms. Yakiniku Toraji has been a byword for thick-cut, premium-grade Kuroge Wagyu beef since its founding in Ebisu in 1995. The menu ranges from signature salted tongue and marbled kalbi to offal, Korean noodles, and hot stone rice dishes.
