A lively Hakata-style izakaya under the Yurakucho tracks that recreates the festive spirit of Fukuoka's famous street stalls. The centrepiece is the 鉄鍋餃子 — hand-wrapped iron pot gyoza with a crackling bottom crust, made in-store daily using wrappers from legendary Hakata noodle maker Kaikaro. Motsu-nabe (offal hot pot) comes in three broths: spicy mentaiko-butter, rich white miso, and savoury black soy sauce. Yakitori skewers, oden, and a full selection of Hakata bar bites round out a menu that suits groups and parties especially well.
