A converted garage-style building in a quiet Kiyosumi-Shirakawa office district houses this single-origin specialty roastery café, opened in March 2024. The raw concrete and timber interior unfolds over two floors — a ground-level roasting room anchored by a rare Rolling 15kg hot-air drum roaster, and an intimate upstairs loft with 10 seats reached via a narrow spiral staircase. Owner Satomi Yamazaki, trained at Melbourne's Au79, operates as Japan's licensed partner for the Australian brand First Crop Coffee, importing green beans directly from smallholder farms and roasting them on-site. Guests choose from 14–15 rotating single-origin beans before each cup is brewed; knowledgeable staff guide every selection.
