Tucked into a quiet backstreet of Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, no mark.Cafe occupies a beautifully renovated 70-year-old machiya townhouse where Scandinavian-modern minimalism meets warm wood and mortar textures. The two-story space is threaded with an elaborate marble machine — a Rube Goldberg-style contraption that guides a marble through a miniature map of the neighborhood — turning the entire cafe into an immersive entertainment space. Expert barista Seiji Yamaguchi, a 25-year coffee veteran, hand-drips each cup to order. The cafe's three signature jelly desserts — vibrant blue butterfly-pea herb, coconut jasmine white, and coffee-anko black — are made from organic fair-trade ingredients and are dine-in only.
