Opened in March 2026, le pissenlit (ピソリ, "pissenlit" meaning dandelion in French) is a small, intimate natural wine bar on the 3rd floor of the Dai-2 Kikuchi Building, a two-minute walk from JR Zushi Station. The owner, who spent time living and working at a French wine-producing farm, brings firsthand experience to a carefully curated selection of natural wines from small producers. By day, the bar transforms into a lunch spot serving Japanese set meals — freshly cooked rice, handcrafted dashi miso soup, a seasonal fish dish, and two small side dishes. Evenings shift to natural wine paired with house-made charcuterie, imported cheese, and European-style small plates. The calm, stylish space with counter seating and only 15 seats makes it ideal for solo diners or quiet dates.
