A cozy izakaya tucked into the first floor of Kasahara Building in Zushi, combining two specialties rarely found together: handmade udon and fresh seafood. The interior has a relaxed, unpretentious counter-and-table feel typical of a neighborhood izakaya. Opened in January 2018, the kitchen sources fish daily from Sashima Port, serving it as generous sashimi platters alongside the signature beef udon in a refined dashi broth. Chicken dishes and seasonal small plates round out the menu, making it equally popular for lunch and evening drinks.
