A sprawling, always-packed neighborhood izakaya in the basement of Kameido's UIW9 Building, beloved since 2007. Counter seating, raised tatami, and sunken kotatsu tables fill the 70-seat space, which radiates the relaxed warmth of a proper local haunt. The enormous menu spans sashimi, motsu-yaki offal skewers, stir-fries, and inventive small plates — all at prices that make the bill a pleasant surprise. Certified Asahi Super Dry "Super Cold" pour; one-liter shochu bottles available for groups. Reservations strongly recommended; PayPay accepted.
