A venerable Edo-mae sushi restaurant in Kameido established in 1957, dedicated to the authentic craft of traditional Tokyo-style sushi. The owner visits Toyosu Market personally to select the finest tuna each day, with prime fatty toro cuts that melt on the palate being the house signature. Shari rice is made from organically grown Koshihikari from Chiba Prefecture, balanced with aged vinegar to complement each topping without overpowering it. In addition to sushi, the kitchen prepares housemade silken tofu made tableside, along with seasonal Japanese dishes. The restaurant offers counter seats for an intimate omakase experience, private tatami rooms seating up to 18 guests for celebrations and banquets, and delivery and takeaway services. Credit cards and PayPay accepted.
