Tokyo Muslim Hanten (東京穆斯林飯店) is one of Tokyo's pioneering halal Chinese restaurants, established in 2014 in the basement of the Murayama Building near Kinshicho Station. Serving a clientele of Muslim visitors, foreign residents, and curious locals, the menu is entirely pork-free and alcohol-free, prepared using halal-certified ingredients and cooking methods in accordance with Islamic law. The cuisine draws on Northeastern Chinese and Xinjiang traditions: lamb skewers, cumin-spiced stir-fries, hand-pulled noodles, and a standout bone-in lamb hot pot anchor the menu, alongside an extensive selection of beef, chicken, and seafood dishes. The spacious 68-seat dining room accommodates families and groups, with both lunch and dinner service daily. An indispensable destination for halal dining in Tokyo.
