Hitachino Brewing Tokyo Yaesu is the direct-owned taproom of Kiuchi Brewery, the Ibaraki sake brewery behind the globally celebrated Hitachino Nest Beer. Perched on the second floor of GranSta Yaesu inside Tokyo Station, the compact 18-seat bar offers a bright, stylish counter-and-terrace vibe with a sweeping view of the bustling station concourse. At any given time eight to twelve varieties of Hitachino Nest are on tap — from the classic White Ale and Amber Ale to seasonal exclusives that never leave the brewery. The kitchen leans into Ibaraki provenance: house-cured hams, focaccia baked with natural yeast, and hearty sandwiches make it equally suited for a leisurely meal as a solo beer stop between trains.
