Echigoya Hikozemon is a retro-style charcoal-grill izakaya on the 2nd floor of Blue Front Shibaura's Tower S, serving carefully selected dried fish (himono) and fresh seasonal seafood. At lunch the kitchen offers set meals centered on charcoal-grilled himono, Iwanaka pork, and Oyama chicken. Evenings shift to an izakaya format with robatayaki skewers, sashimi platters sourced from Toyosu and the Goto Islands, and a curated sake selection including the house private-label "Gikyo."
