Komoro Soba is one of Tokyo's leading soba chains, serving around 60,000 customers a day across business and commercial districts in greater Tokyo. Noodles and dashi broth are produced in-house at the company's own noodle factory, aiming for quality that rivals long-established soba shops rather than a typical fast-food chain. This Akasaka branch is a compact stand-and-sit noodle counter with ticket-machine ordering, popular with nearby office workers for a quick lunch or early dinner. It relocated to its current Hatano Building address in June 2024, roughly doubling in size from its previous spot on the same street.
