Opened in September 2024 near Honjo Azumabashi Station, this onigiri specialty shop doubles as a casual izakaya, serving freshly hand-pressed rice balls made with rice sourced directly from local farmers and cooked in a traditional hagama (iron pot). Signature offerings include classic onigiri, creative "Gochimus" premium rolls, special tempura rice balls, and housemade sides like Hokkaido-style fried chicken and pork miso soup.
