A refined church-like standalone building in Azumabashi, GEORGIAN HOUSE is owned by former sumo Grand Champion Tochinoshin (Levan Gorgadze), bringing authentic Georgian cooking to Tokyo. The elegant interior seats 60, with a fully private room and terrace for special occasions. Signature dishes include shukhmeruli (garlic-cream chicken), khinkali dumplings, charcoal-grilled mtsvadi skewers, and boat-shaped adjarian khachapuri — all paired with traditional kvevri-fermented Georgian wines from the owner's own vineyards.
