Edogin Kudan is a branch of Kanda Edogin, a traditional Edomae sushi restaurant founded in 1959 near Kudanshita and Jimbocho, notable for its founder — one of the few women to become a sushi master in that era. The interior offers tatami seating, a sunken horigotatsu private area, and a small sushi counter for around 20 guests, suited to casual sushi lunches or izakaya-style dinners with colleagues. The menu centers on Edomae nigiri and sashimi made from Toyosu market seafood, alongside set courses combining sashimi, grilled dishes, soup, and dessert. Note: this Kudan location is currently reported closed/on hiatus, with business redirected to the nearby Kanda Edogin main store, about a two-minute walk away.
