A cozy 8-seat sake bar and small-plates restaurant run single-handedly by okami Asako Sotoome, dressed in kimono and crisp apron — the sister venue of the acclaimed Ginza Sushi Mitomi. The intimate counter and table space on the 2nd floor of Ginza Sky Building has a warm, neighborhood-izakaya feel despite its Ginza-adjacent address. Seasonal sashimi arrives knife-fresh from the parent sushi bar's own supplier, while the rotating small-plate menu spans everything from simmered fish and ohitashi to age-old simmered dishes, all starting from just ¥330 a plate. A curated selection of sake — warm or chilled — rounds out the evening.
