A stylish soba bar that opened in April 2026 in the Ginza Sky Building, steps from Shintomicho Station. The interior is a sleek, intimate counter (10 seats only) with a refined atmosphere — sophisticated enough for a business lunch, relaxed enough for a solo evening visit. The concept is health-forward Japanese noodles: all dishes are free of wheat flour (pure buckwheat seiro), cooking oils, dairy, and refined sugar. By night the bar side comes alive with sake, shochu, and wine alongside soba appetizers, making it a natural second-stop or締め蕎麦 destination. A sister restaurant, Oshibuu, operates in Ginza.
