Nishihara Coffee (西原珈琲店) opened its first Tokyo location in Nihonbashi Hamacho in February 2026, bringing 40 years of Nagoya coffee heritage to the capital. The interior is defined by uncoated Japanese larch wood and a deep-black palette, creating a calm, contemplative space for 38 guests. Every cup is brewed to order using hand-drip technique over charcoal-roasted beans — the signature slow-drip cold brew is served in a wine glass. The standout sweets are a firm caramel-glazed pudding and a chilled coffee jelly, both house-made. Cash only; no reservations.
Nakayama Building 1F (中山ビル 1F). 3-min walk from Hamacho Sta. A2 exit.
