Robou is a cozy, stylish sushi and tempura izakaya tucked into a residential block a minute from Morishita Station, with a calm, hideaway feel. Seating spreads across a seven-seat counter, a couple of tables, and a raised tatami nook, so it suits both solo diners and families. The owner-chef focuses on seasonal seafood and tempura, with daily grilled and simmered fish such as salt-grilled nodoguro, and pairs the food with roughly 20 carefully chosen sake plus around 50 other drinks. Opened in late 2023.
