A refined dinner counter opened in August 2025 by a veteran chef trained at a prestigious Ginza sushi establishment. The warm, polished interior seats 22 across a 12-seat hinoki counter and three semi-private rooms, offering a calm, unhurried atmosphere a short walk from Kinshicho Station. The menu pairs meticulously crafted nigiri — sourced daily from Toyosu Market — with hand-cut soba noodles, positioning sushi and soba as equal stars. Rare Akita sake Hanafusa is poured alongside the meal; an alcohol cover charge of ¥880 applies.
