WE ARE THE FARM Toyosu is an organic vegetable restaurant tucked inside the LaLaport Toyosu shopping mall, styled like a cozy farm shed with table seating, a counter, and hideaway private rooms for groups. Part of a concept that launched in 2014, the restaurant runs its own pesticide- and chemical-fertilizer-free farms in Chiba and Gunma, growing around 150 varieties of heirloom "fixed-seed" vegetables that take center stage on the menu. Signature dishes include burrata cheese with a tomato-and-kale genovese sauce, a farmer's kale hot pot, and an all-you-can-eat lunch buffet with roughly 20 vegetable-forward dishes. Wagyu beef and duck dishes round out the menu for guests who want more than vegetables.
