Hobson's Ice Cream Parlor is the fruit-parlor spin-off of Hobson's, the Santa Barbara-born ice cream brand that first landed in Japan in 1985. Opened in June 2020 inside the food court on the 5th floor of Ariake Garden mall, the counter serves generous parfaits and fruit desserts built on Hobson's signature ice cream, piled high with seasonal fruit. Its dome-shaped zuccotto cakes, a Tuscan specialty packed with fruit, change lineup with the season. Alongside the ice cream classics, the counter also offers fruit sandwiches, bagel sandwiches, and pancakes made with select ingredients. Seating is shared food-court style, casual and family-friendly, making it an easy stop while shopping at the mall.
