Ryunosuke [Hana] is an intimate Japanese kaiseki restaurant tucked along a quiet backstreet a five-minute walk from Sawara Station, built around an open counter where guests can watch the chef at work, plus two private rooms. The stylish, calm dining room has a hidden-gem, standalone-house feel favored for celebrations. After 30+ years training in Japanese cuisine, the chef opened it in his hometown of Sawara in May 2024, using seasonal seafood and vegetables from Chiba's Shimousa region. The menu is entirely multi-course kaiseki, paired with an extensive sake, shochu, and wine selection.
