Tucked in the back of Shimobori Yokocho, a retro row-house arcade off Sawara's old townscape street, this counter-only shop has no exterior sign — just a chuka soba banner marking the door. Inside, a bright white-wood counter seats about eight. The owner, a former company employee who trained at several ramen shops (including Sakura's respected Mensho Tanji) before opening here in August 2025, gave the whimsical shop name a double meaning of rebirth and reunited old friends. The signature chuka soba layers a slow-simmered chicken broth with Chiba's Shimousa soy sauce and hand-rendered chicken oil, with noodles varying by dish.
