Opened in September 2024 as part of the Suzuki Seizaemon yakiniku group, this Sawara location keeps its menu deliberately narrow, built around the best rare cuts of wagyu available each day. Jazz plays over the dining room, giving the space a more refined, adult atmosphere than a typical self-grill joint. The lineup centers on premium wagyu short rib, tongue, and skirt steak alongside horumon (offal), hand-pressed otoro sushi, and stone-grilled bibimbap. Seating is non-smoking throughout, with a dedicated outdoor area for smokers.
