Zenzaburo is a Shinbashi soba-and-sake spot that shifts personality by the hour: a buckwheat-noodle counter at lunch, a lively izakaya by night. Opened in 2019 as "Hitachi Aki Soba Zenzaburo," it built its name on Hitachi Aki soba from Ibaraki before growing into today's fuller izakaya menu. The stylish, relaxing counter-seating space feels like a hideaway just steps from Shimbashi Station, pouring more than 25 varieties of Japanese sake and shochu alongside sashimi sourced fresh each morning from Toyosu. Evenings often wrap up with a bowl of soba to finish the meal.
